Every organization has people with a different mindset and it is important to create a motivating environment in order to focus on individual capacities. There is a need to resolve the problems occurring in the organization due to difference in opinion of the employees (Colquitt, Lepine and Wesson, 2011). All the positive and negative impact need to be well-analyzed in accordance with the common goals. The major focus on Big Energy is to implement the changes effectively by managing both the old and new employees. This will help in managing the organization by creating stability at work. The result derived from the data must be considered efficiently in order to create level of commitment. The estimates derived through the st udy need to be considered positively and need to be implemented at each level (Miner, 2015). Study related to the individual behavior will help in reducing the problem related to the business environment. It is necessary to see whether they are facing any issue in the new organization. Study of organizational behavior helps in balancing the attitude of individual employees (Robbins and Judge, 2012). Every group in the organization is given with various tasks in order to meet the problem. This can be attained through managing the efforts of each and every employee. As per the theory X and Theory Y the behavior and values of the employees in the organization can be analyzed. Theory X establishes that if the employees are not satisfied with the job they are given they will not perform well. They will not give 100% efforts while performing the task. It is necessary t o analyze whether the employees of XYZ Limited are happy with the role and responsibility they are given by the employer. The analysis of this theory will help in establishing the fact whether the acquisition is fruitful in nature or not (DuBrin, 2013). The theory Y helps in establishing the theory that focus on analyzing whether the employees of Big Energy are adhering to the duties given to them. Setting long term objectives will help in attaining efficient results. This will guarantee improvement in the employee performance which will increase the overall efficiency. This theory need to be applied once the organization is done with the process of absorption. They need to understand various issues the organization is going through so that they can resolve them in future date. They can change the work culture of the organization according to the employees by assimilating the result. Otherwise the organization needs to give them with minimal time to imbibe the culture. These methods play a very important role in organizing the behavior and attitude of the employees. T here is a necessity to introduce activities that help in improving the morale of employees. This will provide with a tool to create large size objectives in order to attain long term objectives. They can organize certain activities in order to motivate the overall productivity from each and every employee. All these methods help in improving the qualitative behavior of the employees. It is an important task that needs to be implemented in order to receive similar productivity from the new employees. It is recommended that the Big Energy need to motivate employees in a positive direction in case if they feel de-motivated. Employees tend to perform low in certain situations. In that case implementing a coherent work environment is recommended. Once the employees are used to with the organization they can smoothly change the policies. It is a necessity that the organization should consider the interest of both the old and new employees (Zheng, Yang and McLean, 2010). The behavior of the employees is negatively affected due to various changes taken place in organization. The change in the work environment has de-motivated the employees largely. It was difficult for the employees to imbibe the changing environment in the organization. It is difficult for the new employees to imbibe the work culture at an initial stage. The main purpose of the absorption process is to increase the strength and stability of the organization. The positive culture of both the organization can be used together to retrieve effective result. There are certain side-effects seen in the whole process that has affected the productivity. It is justified that Big Energy need to put forward its strength in motivating the employees (Argote, 2012). It is the duty of the manager to incorporate the changes taking place in the organization in a positive manner. A team leader needs to motivate the employees towards the positive direction. The study of organizational behavior helps in understanding the individual and their behavior in maintaining the difference in productivity. The manager should focus on every individual in a team which will help in attaining desired results. There are people from different background in the organization. In such a diverse culture it is the duty of the manager to incorporate efficiency at work by developing effective cultural understanding. They have to improve productivity by motivating the interest of each and every employee. This is one of the biggest tasks left with the organization to lead an example in the mind of the employees and to motivate them towards common goal. Personality test is essential at Big Energy in order to help every individual to absorb the cultural difference they are facing. Every employee is different from the previous employee. Organization either has to change their way of working or to teach the new employees to imbibe the culture effectively (Miner, 2015). The integration model adopted by Big Energy is very much competitive in nature. There major focus is to earn sustainable profit. The purpose is to attain desired results by focusing on every individual working with them. Analyzing the behavior of each and every employee will help in understanding the overall culture. It is necessary that the environment of the organization need to be transparent enough to understand the value and behavior. This will not only help in improving the productivity but will help in attaining desirable solutions. It is necessary for an organization to set role and responsibility to of each and every employee. This will help in establishing future leadership. It is suggested that Big Energy needs to improve the efficiency by integrating the efforts of employee in both the organization (Schein, 2010). The management needs to implement the organizational behavior strategies in a proper manner to stimulate positivity. Implementation of the Autocratic model help s in describing individual role and responsibility in taking decisions. It is the duty of the organization to give duties according to the capacity of an individual. For attaining proper understanding there should be a healthy interaction in between the management and the employees. Authorities are necessarily to be described in an organization in order to manage role and task allotted to each individual; otherwise it will have a deep rooted impact on the long run (Alvesson, 2012). The organization need to inculcate team value in the employees. They should be able to adopt the work culture in order to manage pressure. The team leader has to manage the efforts laid down by them in order to coordinate function. Efficacy at work can only be attained if there is proper coordination at work. The employees at Big Energy should help the employees of XYZ Energy to adapt the work culture. Support is very much essential for a business organization in case of absorption. This will help in deve loping an ever lasting impact on the productivity. Supportive model helps in developing leadership quality. This model is essential to understand the behavior of one another. The team leader needs to set an example for the subordinates by consistently improving their productivity. Managing subordinates will help in developing overall strength in the organization (Jones, 2010). To conclude it is necessary that Big Energy has undergone a significant change in restructuring. Absorption causes a change in the work culture for a particular time period depending upon the organization. There is a necessity to consolidate the efforts of employee in the organization by consistently motivating them. Absorption is not a quick process as it takes a lot of time and energy. Big Energy needs to implement the effective tools in order to attain desired results within a limited time period. In case of integration the morale of employees in both the organization is affected. Significant positive changes are essential to adapt the changes. Big Energy should focus on attaining high value and objective system to attain efficiency. It needs to absorb the employees of XYZ Limited in order to improve the overall productivity.
